By accessing or using vAIbecode ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FIRST CLASS HOLDING s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Slovakia.
